From the app, in two taps
- Open Settings, bottom right.
- My account → Delete my account, then confirm.
Delete my meetDo account
You can delete your account yourself, from the app, without writing to anyone.
Without access to the app
Write to the address below from your account's email address, with "Account deletion" as the subject. We check that it is really you, then delete — within thirty days at most.
What gets erased
Your profile, your photo, your messages, your sign-ups, your slots, your alerts and your watches. Slots you created that other people attended are anonymised rather than deleted, so as not to erase those people's history.
What is kept, and why
Reports concerning you, for the legal retention period, and data the law requires us to keep. None of it is used to contact you again.
