Chess in Berlin
Online your opponent is a handle. On a bench, they are a person. Pick a slot, join it with the app, and meet on the spot.
Anonymous slots: no names, no addresses. Every member can remove theirs from this site (Who sees me → Public web pages). An active neighbourhood is an anonymous aggregate: it only appears from three slots by two people.

What it looks like, together
A board on a café table or a park bench, one slow game then two blitz games for fun. Level matters less than wanting a rematch.
